Why running?
Humans were not designed to remain stagnant; our ancestors traversed great distances on foot, and throughout history, movement has been intrinsic to human existence. However, with the beginning of the Industrial Revolution and the increasing prevalence of digitalization, our daily activity levels have descended, diminishing our capacity to maintain optimal blood circulation to vital organs such as the brain and heart. This sedentary lifestyle poses risks to our health and mental well-being.
